Alarm Delivery, Iowa
James Rooff from Waterloo, Iowa a volunteer member of the Foundation for Safer Housing, owner of Milestone Home Inspection, LLC and NACHI home inspector, had the opportunity to deliver one of our alarms to a family that sent in a request application in his area.
James left and Ray Ainsworth right
Ray after 18 years and 300 other workers from Tyson Foods all lost their jobs to the plant closing March 17 2006. Ray, being deaf, has no idea were or when he will find work again, all I know is working at the meat processing plant, his wife translated to me.
I talked with them for about a half hour and also explained how and where they should place the detector, according to the instructions. This was one family that really truly needed the help and was very thankful to receive it. I was proud to be a representative for The Foundation for Safer Housing. I only wish they could be doing as good as I feel for helping them.
Nice job James, thanks for being a members and supporter.
